• Warm heater
• Air closed at 115 minutes. Damper cut back. Closed at 275 minutes.
• Somewhat tight stacking, resulting in a bit of PM.
• Large kindling, slower start.
• White Birch, 20% moisture
• 7 pieces, 4.5 lbs kindling, 63.0 lbs total
• 0.89 g/kg PM (Condar)
• 11.70 g/kg CO
• 71.7 % overall efficiency

Animation

Yellow flames that are not real hot look a lot redder with a digital camera, which is very sensitive in the near-infrared range.

Flue Gas

Notice the very even oxygen curve, lacking a dip at the beginning, and a corresponding CO spike. Poke at 55 minutes. Largest bottom piece placed on top, so that it will burn with the others.
