Notes

• Hard maple, medium pieces, 16% moisture, 56.2 lbs

• 8 pieces, 3 lbs kindling

• Cold fuel. Warm heater (24 hrs)

• 0.9 g/kg PM (Condar) Note: estimated value, due to a gas leak.

Flue Gas

• At 15 minutes, the pile rolls forward towards the glass.
• At 31 minutes, the pile is poked to get the wood off the glass and towards the back of the firebox. This causes both CO and opacity to spike
• At 53 minutes, a leak is discovered because of a loose cover on the Condar probe filter cover. This makes the gas results from 0 to 53 minutes invalid. In the Condar spreadsheet calculation, below, the gas values from run HK-H20 were pasted in from 0 to 53 minutes, in order to be able to arrive at an approximate g/kg PM number off the filter. 
• The CO and efficiency results are not valid, because they don't account for the CO spike at 31 minutes.
