Brief description
This manual has been prepared by the Masonry Heater Association (MHA) of North America to provide a technical reference for the construction of masonry heaters and to form a component of its professional certification program for builders. The overall objectives of the Association's efforts in this area are to recognize the specialized skills of qualified masonry heater builders, to standardize the fundamental principles of masonry heater design and construction practices, and to increase the public awareness of the benefits of using masonry heaters for home heating and enjoyment.
