Archived Executive Director Papers
Paper documents which were previously rarely or never digitized, and only existed in physical folders handed down successively from MHA Director to MHA Director. These documents, rarely seen by MHA membership before 2025, may include fascinating insights into MHA History.
The process of scanning and digitizing these documents is ongoing. Think of several boxes full of folders. Each "chapter" below represents a physical folder. Patrick Sieben (and his son+assistant, Gabriel Sieben) believe that scanning these documents and distributing here, will help preserve them from possible future loss (one house fire, one shipping mistake, and they would have otherwise been gone forever).
Some documents may be redacted, or held back entirely, for future MHA Executive Directors as required. Documents of limited historical interest (taxes, receipts, PayPal orders) were not scanned.
Not all documents may be in the folder you may expect - for example, the "MHA Newsletter" folder does not contain anywhere close to all copies of all newsletters; or there are two folders containing PR from 1991. We are simply preserving the original folder structure and naming.
